Sleep apnea is a condition of the respiratory system whose main symptoms are episodes of interrupted breathing during sleep, loud snoring and daytime sleepiness.

HEYER 20A PRO Auto-CPAP machine is a state-of-the-art medical device intended for sleep apnea therapy and symptom relief. It provides non-invasive ventilation and can be used both in hospitals/clinics and at home.
The system has an assembly that compresses and filters ambient air that is delivered to the patient with a continuous positive pressure, thus keeping the airways open.
It is quiet and comfortable to use, during operation it has a noise of up to 28 dB.

Main features:

Intelligent temperature and humidity control:
The device automatically adjusts levels based on environmental variations (room temperature/humidity) so inspired air remains pleasant and stable. That means less dryness and more comfortable breathing throughout the night, including in different seasons or in rooms with dry air.

Expiratory Pressure Release AS-ELex
As-Elex is the feature that makes breathing with CPAP/Auto-CPAP much easier to tolerate because reduces pressure exactly during exhalation. Use one proprietary flow tracking algorithm: The device detects the expiratory movement of the user, tracks the expiratory effort and decreases the output pressure dynamically. The result is a significantly lower expiring resistance, and the expiration becomes smoother and more natural, without the feeling of "pushing the air back".

The function provides 7 stages of pressure release, with fine steps of 0.5 cmH₂O, so each patient can set the right level of comfort. This precise adjustment helps to reduce discomfort, especially at higher pressures, and increases adherence to therapy (higher chance to wear the mask all night, constantly).

Automatic time ramp
Auto Ramp Time (up to 60 minutes max) represents the range in which the machine increases smooth and progressive pressure from initial value to treatment pressure. The system intelligently detects user's sleep state and automatically adjusts ramp duration based on time spent in bed so correct therapy pressure to be touched after falling asleep, when it is really needed.

In practice, in sleep stage and in deep sleep, patients may need different pressures due to variable levels of airway obstruction. Through Auto Ramp, the device offers the most suitable pressures for these stages: more comfortable at first (when you relax and fall asleep) and more accurate later, helping to preventing airway collapse and maintaining effective therapy throughout the night.

Intelligent pressure regulation
The device can intelligently adjust the treatment pressure according to the change of patients' airway resistance with different body positions and different sleep stages to prevent apnea

Manual pressure titration -coordinated with PSG (polysomnography) monitoring by doctors at sleep study centers, clinical pressure determination can be successfully completed

As-Dry - Intelligent drying technology -after each use, the AS-dry technology will facilitate the automatic drying of the tube and the mask to prevent the growth of bacteria in the humid environment created inside, so that the health of patients is protected.
