Product Delivery

Products in stock are dispatched to the customer within a maximum of 24 hours of order confirmation.

This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

The delivery times stated apply to cash-on-delivery orders or orders for which payment has been confirmed by 3:00 PM.

For orders paid by bank transfer, delivery times may vary depending on payment processing times.

Orders are delivered according to the delivery method selected and the information provided during checkout.

Product delivery details, including but not limited to delivery times, do not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of NANO BIO MEDICAL SRL. Neither party may claim damages from the other for any loss or harm arising from a failure to meet these delivery details.

Delivery Costs

For orders over RON 500, delivery is free only when payment is made online by bank card or by bank transfer.

For orders under RON 500, the delivery fee is RON 25.

If a parcel is refused, the sender will withhold the cost of outbound and return shipping.
