How do you check if size M fits you?
To choose the right size, measure the nose area in two simple points:
Nose length
Measures the vertical distance from the top of the bridge of the nose to the base of the nose, in the area above the upper lip.
Nose width
Measures the width of the nose in the area of the nostrils. The pillow of the mask should slightly exceed the nostrils, without excessive pressure and without making breathing difficult.
Quick fit test
- Place the mask over the nose without fully tightening the harness.
- Check that the silicone cushion covers the area of the nostrils without going over them.
- Adjust the harness gradually, evenly, until the mask sits securely and comfortably.
- Turn on the CPAP/BiPAP machine and check for large air leaks.
- If the mask presses, slips or loses air, adjust the position or check for another size.
