Sterilization chemical indicator (class 5)

Class 5 SafeCheck chemical indicators provide quick visual confirmation that all sterilization conditions in the steam sterilizer chamber have been met.

• Monitors all parameters of the sterilization cycle: time, temperature and steam quality
• Lot number and expiration date are present on each indicator

Usage:

• Place the SAFECHECK chemical indicator inside each package, bag or sterilization container.
• Sterilize instruments as usual in a steam sterilizer.
• At the end of the sterilization cycle, check if the indicator ink has changed to black.
• Packages, pouches and containers should only be opened at the time of use as the instruments are considered non-sterile once opened. Follow hospital policy regarding opening after sterilization.
• If the indicators have not changed to black, it means that the sterilization conditions have not been met and the instruments must be sterilized again with a new sterilization indicator.

Packed in boxes of 250 strips.
Shelf life approximately 3 years.
