How do you check if size L fits you?

To choose the right size, measure the nose area in two simple points:

Size L is suitable if:

• you have a wider or more prominent nose and the smaller sizes do not comfortably cover the nostril area;
• the nose pad of a smaller mask presses against the sides of the nose;
• you feel air loss because the mask does not cover the sealing area enough;
• you need a more generous nasal pillow, but which remains stable on the face;
• the mask fits comfortably without excessive pressure and without blocking breathing.

Quick fit test

1. Place the mask over the nose without fully tightening the harness.
2. Check that the silicone cushion covers the area of the nostrils without going over them.
3. Adjust the harness gradually, evenly, until the mask sits securely and comfortably.
4. Turn on the CPAP/BiPAP machine and check for large air leaks.
5. If the mask presses, slips or loses air, adjust the position or check for another size.

Important recommendation

Always choose the smallest size that properly covers the nostrils and allows comfortable breathing. A mask that is too large can be unstable or allow air to leak, and a mask that is too small can press on the nose.
